Prep Charges:

·       Cylindrical Door Prep and Strike: $35.00

·       Flush Bolt Prep: $75.00

·       Cylindrical Handleset Charge: $75.00

·       Mortise Lock Handlesets Charge: $175.00

Trip Charges:

·       Local – Within 40 miles: $59.00

·       Long Distance outside 40 miles: $89.00

Shipping Charges:

·       All Special or Custom orders will have a handling charge of

$15.00 plus any shipping charges.

Keying Charges:

·       A re-keying charge of $7.00 per lockset

Restocking Charges:

·       All special orders will have 50% restocking charge plus shipping cost if the manufacturer will except the item back.

·       All order that fall into a stock item which is an item we have in stock will have 25% restocking charge attached for processing the item back into our stock.
